Unlimited Nonograms
Pick a size and play as many as you like. Each grid is new, has one solution, and never needs a guess.
Which size should you play?
| Size | Typical time | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| 5×5 | 1 to 3 minutes | Learning the rules and quick breaks. Most rows solve from a single clue. |
| 10×10 | 5 to 12 minutes | The classic size. You will need overlaps and edge logic, and rows start to depend on columns. |
| 15×15 | 15 to 40 minutes | A full workout. Expect long chains where one column unlocks the next row. |
Times are rough guides for players who know the basic techniques. If you are new, start at 5×5 and read the how-to-play guide.
Tips for bigger grids
- Cross off empty cells as soon as you are sure. On a 15×15 board the crosses do as much work as the fills.
- Work in passes. Sweep every row, then every column, and repeat. Each pass usually opens a few new cells.
- Watch for clues that add up close to the line length. A row of 15 with clues 6 7 has only one spare cell, so almost everything is fixed.
